Assetlink delivers complete application management and hosting of Assetlink MOM applications over private and/or Internet connections at attractive monthly rates. As an ASP, Assetlink is the single point of accountability for everything - Assetlink MOM software, hardware, infrastructure and all the people that are required to bring the users up to speed and deliver the benefits. This is the fastest and most economical way for a marketing organization to begin benefiting from Assetlink's solutions.
Assetlink's ASP Model consists of the following:
Hosting services
This consists of project management, customer activation, product installation, upgrades, security monitoring, performance monitoring and issue management. These services are provided at a fixed monthly rate.
Data centers
Assetlink provides an option to host the systems at our facilities in California. Each customer gets a set of dedicated servers and a dedicated T1 connection. Alternatively, organizations could host their systems at one of the many third party data centers and Assetlink could perform Hosting and Application Management from its offices.
Application management services
In addition, Assetlink can provide all the necessary system and application administration functions to keep the administrative requirements of the marketing organization to a minimum. Assetlink can also provide data preparation services, cataloging, indexing and media fulfillment services on a need basis at well defined rates.
By leveraging experienced system administrators and skilled graphics professionals across multiple client installations, the Assetlink ASP model delivers benefits at a lower cost and a higher service level compared to in-house application management.
